Day Opportunities Manager

We’re looking for a passionate, values-driven Day Opportunities Manager to lead and develop our high performing service. In this key senior management role you will lead a dedicated team supporting and empowering adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and additional physical and sensory disabilities to realise their potential, connect with others and learn new skills.

Job Coach, Supported Internships

We’re looking for a Head of Supported Internships to play a key role in our supported employment programme for young people with SEND (aged 18–25). This is a flexible, hands-on leadership role that combines project delivery, employability training and team management. You’ll be responsible for delivering, overseeing and quality-assuring our training offer, while working closely with colleagues across the organisation.

Support Worker

Our support workers are responsible for providing day-to-day support to individuals with disabilities, facilitating activities and skills development, always ensuring the well-being of the individuals under their care. You’ll be part of a friendly team that works together to provide a safe, nurturing and welcoming environment. Support workers are expected to work flexibly across the service to ensure client needs are met.
