London Ability identified as one of the Top 20 employers in the UK

 

 

We are incredibly proud to announce that following our recent assessment, London Ability has been identified as one of the Top 20 Investors in People accredited employers in the UK!

This is a tremendous achievement, in recognition of how we live our values, improve performance and realise our objectives through the management and development of our workforce. This means London Ability are now shortlisted for the IIP UK Employer of the Year Award.

The IIP feedback report concluded that “It is clear everyone actively continues to strive towards delivering the best service to your clients, taking great pride in doing so. Huge congratulations. The passion and commitment was evident from the interviews and you are clearly a values driven organisation.”

An important part of the assessment is a survey of all London Ability staff which yielded very positive feedback. “I never worked for an organisation in my life that are so supportive towards their staff,” said one employee, “They are flexible, understanding, amazing!”

Other highlights from the assessment revealed that:

• There is a genuine sense of satisfaction and staff are proud of our unique approach to delivering our services. There is a strong belief that we make a meaningful difference.
• All staff interviewed said this is a great place to work, they believe the organisation truly cares for them and our clients. 100% said they trust the leaders of the organisation.
• 100% of people said our values are clear. Our values are “in our DNA” – staff are committed and genuinely connected to our mission.
• Staff enjoy working with their colleagues, people are friendly and supportive – they trust their colleagues and managers.

Chief Executive Helen Gore was thrilled to receive such high recognition, calling it “A tremendous achievement for us all. It is thanks to our wonderful staff that we have achieved such a positive assessment.”
