Role Description

You’ll be responsible for delivering, overseeing and quality-assuring our training offer, while working closely with colleagues across the organisation. 

The post holder will also assist our Senior Manager in developing our Supported Employment programme, creating new opportunities for young people with SEND to gain meaningful employment and helping to drive new business opportunities.

You’ll be motivated by making a difference, supporting both young people with SEND, and employers to create workplaces where people with disabilities can thrive.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level in relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience, with a teaching qualification
  • Proven experience in delivering training programmes for young people with SEND or adults with learning and associated disabilities
  • Ability to support a range of learners with different needs, some complex.
