We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Job Coach to join our Supported Internship team. This is a rewarding role where you’ll work directly with young people aged 18–25, employers, stakeholders and education partners, helping young people develop workplace skills, build confidence and progress towards sustainable paid employment.  

 What you’ll do 

• Provide tailored job coaching and workplace support to help interns develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to thrive 

• Build and maintain positive relationships with employers and workplace teams to create successful placements and develop new internship opportunities. 

• Deliver employability activities and support classroom-based learning where required. 

• Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, review goals and celebrate achievements. 

• Champion inclusive employment and help every young person achieve the best possible outcome.  

You’ll be responsible for delivering, overseeing and quality-assuring our training offer, while working closely with colleagues across the organisation.
